The Kayenta Art Festival was hosted in Ivins, Utah, just a stone’s throw from St. George. There were so many talented artists and craftspeople that it was an honor to be included in the show. Gorgeous red rocks surrounded the area, and the crowd was incredibly supportive and appreciative of the arts.
The show was not without some weather drama, as heavy thunderstorms overnight even destroyed some tents. Luckily, I managed to escape with no issues or damage to my work.
I did not get to sneak away to get any new desert photos, unfortunately, but hopefully we'll be back down soon!
Overall, I’m incredibly grateful to the Center for the Arts at Kayenta for putting on an amazing show, and I hope to be back in the future.
