Great views and wildlife

We drove up here in mid-December, not sure what we would find. It's usually a bit of a lull time for birding; however, we were pleasantly surprised! There were still a lot of birds hanging around, including five bald eagles. There were also a couple of coyotes wandering around. I'm really looking forward to getting back up here in March when the swans migrate through. Overall, it's one of my favorite places in the state to view birds and I would highly recommend a visit! You can take in the whole thing from your car, or hop out and walk around in a few spots.
